i would like to change my quote
If you have received a quote and would like to make an amendment to it, then please reply to your quote email with your changes. We can then update and re-quote you with your required changes.
can I use a discount code with my quote?
Usually no. Due to the fact quotes are often well below website pricing and discounts have already been applied. We try our best to offer the most value for money with every order, including any of our quotes. Occasionally there may be room to move pricing, but as a general rule we do not offer discount vouchers with quotes.
can't I just place my order over the telephone?
You are welcome to give us a call, where we will be able to advise on an order-by-order basis.
